The ESG Practices of GCMEDICA: Environmental Protection Leading Sustainable Development

In terms of environmental protection, GCMEDICA implements the principles of clean production throughout the entire process and adheres to the concept of circular economy. We are committed to conserving water, reducing the amount of wastewater discharged, and strictly controlling unorganized waste gas emissions. Meanwhile, the company also attaches great importance to the collection and treatment of various process waste gases to ensure environmental protection and sustainable development. Therefore, we are dedicated to implementing a series of environmental protection measures to ensure that the production process is both efficient and sustainable: 

Regular equipment maintenance and activated carbon replacement: All our equipment is equipped with activated carbon filtration systems to reduce the emission of harmful substances. We regularly maintain these devices and replace the activated carbon to ensure they are always in optimal operating condition. 

Air and water pollution detection: We conduct annual air and water pollution tests to ensure that all emissions meet or exceed relevant standards. In addition, all solid waste generated by the company is comprehensively utilized or safely disposed of to minimize environmental impact. 

Hazardous waste treatment: We entrust qualified companies to handle all hazardous waste to ensure that these wastes are properly treated and do not pose a threat to the environment and public health. 

Third - party testing: The company regularly commissions third - party institutions to test the noise, dust, and hazardous substances in the workshop to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. 

Photovoltaic panel project: We are actively promoting the photovoltaic panel project, which is expected to be completed in 2024. This will enable the production line to operate normally for day - shift production and office work, greatly reducing dependence on fossil fuels and further reducing carbon emissions. 

At the same time, we have also added a large number of environmental protection equipment to fulfill our ESG commitments. For example, we have added ethylene oxide tail gas treatment devices to effectively treat the discharged waste gas and protect the environment; added electrostatic oil - removal equipment to efficiently remove oil stains and keep the working environment clean; added dust - removal equipment in the powder room to effectively remove dust, reducing the impact on air quality and the health of production workers; and added activated carbon equipment to adsorb harmful gases and purify the air.
